Last December, Dexterity Craft was awarded the renovation of this spacious one-bedroom apartment which involves complete bathroom & kitchen remodeling, as well as installation of new hardwood flooring. Our proud client will not only enjoy a fabulous new kitchen by Bertch, but will also be steps to Riverside Park,  Seminary Row, Columbia University, Barnard College, Manhattan School of Music, Teachers College, Fairway Market and many hip new shops and restaurants in the area. The project began the first week of January 2011 and is scheduled to be delivered completed by March 24th.
